Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We take the safety of your personal information very seriously and have made sure your information is well protected. Your payment is processed either through PayPal (if you choose to pay with PayPal) or Stripe (if you choose to pay using a debit or credit card). Regardless of which one you choose, we never get access to your payment information or bank details. Your personal data gets heavily encrypted and the transaction gets processed on either PayPal’s or Stripe’s servers which have the highest levels of security possible. To ensure an additional level of safety, we also have an SSL certificate which creates a secure link between the website and your browser. It looks like a small green padlock next to the web address. You can rest assured, your payment information is safe.

Do your orders have tracking available?

We ship all orders with tracking within the Republic of Ireland. You’ll be able to know exactly where your order is at all times.

What if my order is delayed?

We try to honor processing and shipping times as best we can but in the minority of cases there can be unexpected delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, postal strikes etc. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience and ask for your patience and understanding.
